I love to learn, and I love to share what I know with others. My favorite subjects are psychology and foreign languages. I love the process of learning language, and I'm fluent in French and Italian. Languages open you up to new cultures and expands the base of people you can communicate with and the world, which feels very powerful. I earned a bachelor's degree in psychology from Columbia University, and I was able to tutor my peers in psychology as a college student. Whatever we're studying, I enjoy breaking down the concepts we study into simpler terms, and I utilize analogies and applications of these concepts to help you visualize them and retain them. I believe students know more than they realize, and I enjoy helping students find this out in themselves. I believe students need to be confident to be successful, and so I encourage students and help them make progress in a fun way to keep students motivated, make progress, and ultimately develop that confidence.
